At Runway Angel, every order is handled with care, precision, and a touch of luxury. We offer secure, trackable worldwide shipping using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping — $15
  Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express Shipping — $25
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch. All shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship globally, with the exception of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine at this time.

Delivery & Tracking

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
• If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will either attempt redelivery or leave your package at a designated collection point. A delivery notice will be provided with next steps.
• Orders that are not collected and are returned to sender will incur a $45 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If you haven’t received your parcel:

• First, check with neighbours or your local collection point.
• Still can’t locate it? Contact us at hello@runwayangel.com.au and we’ll assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
