At Runway Angel, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it.

Return Window

• You have 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to request a return.

Before You Return

• All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Form on the website.
• Once approved, we’ll email you detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
• Returns must be sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx with an active tracking number.
• Returns sent via standard postal services will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• A $45 return processing fee will be deducted if a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item:

1. Place a new order.
2. Submit a return request for the original item.
3. Return the item using the instructions provided.
4. Once received, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a return request within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos showing the item, its defect, and the tag.

We'll send you a return label and issue a refund once we receive the item back.

 

Returns sent to the wrong warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please always wait for our return instructions before sending your parcel.
